Privacy Policy

Overview

Dia-Log is currently in development. This policy explains the data handling for the public website, fictional demo, public waitlist/contact forms, and the separate restricted private build available only to allowlisted users.

1. Optional public submissions

We collect information only when you explicitly submit a public form. This can include:

  • your email address;
  • your consent to updates about future research and pilot opportunities for the waitlist form; and
  • your question or message for the contact form.

An explicitly submitted form is delivered to a private Telegram chat so that it can be reviewed by the Dia-Log operator. It remains there until manually deleted. We use it to respond to your message or send the future research and pilot updates you requested; we do not sell it. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, reservation, access to the private build, or a promise of personal analysis or medical guidance. Do not include health information or other sensitive personal information in any public form.

To request deletion of a waitlist or contact submission, email contact@scribeit.tech from the submitted address, or use the contact form and identify the address to remove.

2. Fictional demo

The public demo uses generated fictional historical records. The catalogue does not save a visitor's selections or connect the records to Dia-Log, Google, Telegram, or a personal account. The demo has no record entry, import, upload, or real-data connection. Do not include real health information anywhere in the public experience.

3. Restricted private build

The private live app is not a public service. It is available only to people whose Google email address has been explicitly allowlisted. For those users, Google OAuth is used to authenticate the account and Google Drive/Sheets access is used to work with the spreadsheet connected to that user's Google account.

Private-build account information, settings, and the connected spreadsheet reference may be stored in the application's supporting services. Diary data and local cached records are handled by the private app and its connected Google account, not by the public demo.

4. Analytics and service providers

The public site uses analytics for page views and limited event outcomes, such as a scripted evidence view or result status. Analytics events do not include form text, email addresses, record IDs, values, or health-like data. Hosting and request processing may involve Cloudflare; analytics providers include Amplitude and Google Analytics. Google services are used only by the restricted private build after a user signs in.

5. Your rights and contact

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information. Contact contact@scribeit.tech to make a request or ask a privacy question. We may need to verify that the request comes from the relevant email address.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the development preview changes. The latest version is published on this page with its update date.
