The diabetes journal
that learns with you

Log meals, track corrections, and get personalized dose recommendations based on your own history. The longer you use it — the smarter it gets.

Not a medical device. A personal tool to help you spend more time in your target glucose range.

Dia-Log — diary view

Why it matters

More time in range.
Better wellbeing. Better life.

Every percentage point of Time in Range matters for long-term health and daily wellbeing. Dia-Log helps you get there: your insulin needs aren't constant, so it automatically calculates your carb ratio from your meal history — and uses it to give you an accurate dose recommendation every time.

Three jobs — one tool

Log meals, track corrections, and let your history guide your dose

Your insulin needs aren't constant — they shift with stress, sleep, and activity. Dia-Log learns from your real data and keeps your recommendations accurate.

📝

Log meals

Enter carbs and current glucose — get a dose hint based on how your body actually responded to similar meals before. No tables to memorize.

01Enter carbs and glucose level
02See a dose hint from your own history
03Adjust if needed, confirm with one tap
04Everything saved automatically
🎯

Track corrections

When glucose goes sideways after a meal — log the correction with context. Future-you will understand exactly what happened and why.

01Attach correction to the last meal
02Account for active insulin on board (IOB)
03Tag the reason: stress, exercise, large portion…
04Build a picture of what throws you off
📈

Recommendations that adapt

Your insulin needs change — stress, sleep, and activity all affect how you respond to carbs. Dia-Log automatically recalculates your carb ratio from your real meal history, so the dose hint is always based on how you actually respond.

01Carb ratio recalculated from your actual meals
02Picks up shifts in sensitivity automatically
03No manual adjustments needed
04More accurate dose = more time in your target range

What you get

A journal that gets smarter over time

01

Seconds, not minutes

Enter carbs and glucose — done. No food databases, no barcode scanning. You already know what you ate — just type the number.

02

Patterns without spreadsheets

The app surfaces recurring patterns: "After lunch on weekdays glucose spikes every time." See what causes it — without any spreadsheets.

03

Safe corrections

When correcting after a meal, Dia-Log accounts for insulin still working from your last shot — so you don't accidentally take too much.

04

Context that sticks

Quick tags — stress, exercise, alcohol, large portion — are two taps. A month later you know exactly why that Tuesday went sideways.

Sound familiar?

Whether you've lived with diabetes for a year or a decade — managing it takes energy every single day.

🧮Doing the carb math in your head before every plate — again
📈Third morning in a row with a spike after breakfast — and no idea why
😤Forgot to log a correction — now you can't remember the context
📱Phone notes full of numbers that mean nothing a week later
🩺Doctor asks for your diary — you reconstruct it from memory
😓Exhausted from feeling like diabetes is a second job

You want one thing: to manage diabetes confidently and easily enough that it stops limiting your life.

How your day changes

Before and after

🍽️

2 minutes of mental arithmetic before every plate

Log → recommendation → eat. Lunch is about food again, not arithmetic.

💡

"High again, no idea why" — the same frustration every morning

You see the pattern, change one thing, watch it improve.

🛡️

Corrected but didn't log it. An hour later: "wait, did I already dose?"

Every correction recorded with context. You always know how much insulin is still working.

Diabetes as constant background anxiety

Diabetes as a 10-second routine that doesn't ruin your mood.

"But what if…" — answered

Where is my data stored?

Your data is saved in a "Dia-log" folder in your own Google Drive — not on our servers. We only access what's needed for sync.

What if I have no internet connection?

Dia-Log works fully offline. Data is stored on-device and syncs when you reconnect. On a hike, on a plane, abroad — it all works.

What if the recommendation is wrong?

You always see how the recommendation was calculated, and you always make the final call. Dia-Log is a smart journal with hints — not an autopilot.

I'll quit after a week like every other app

Dia-Log was built for people who are tired of logging. Minimum fields, maximum reuse. When an entry takes 10 seconds, the habit sticks.

I don't know my exact carb ratio

Start with a rough number — the app refines it from your real meal history. Or try without an account: guest mode requires no sign-up.

I already use a CGM or insulin pump

Those are powerful tools. Dia-Log complements them with meal context and pattern analysis that most CGM apps don't provide.

What you've probably already tried

And why you're still looking

Spreadsheets and notes

Manual entry every time, no recommendations, no pattern detection. A month later — a wall of numbers nobody looks at.

Dia-Log: Dia-Log logs the same data but gives recommendations, surfaces patterns, and automatically accounts for active insulin.

Other diary apps

Too many fields, slow to log, generic advice that ignores your history. Data sent to third-party servers.

Dia-Log: Minimal input, recommendations that get more accurate the more you log. Your data — only in your Google Drive.
